Ingredients
- 2 ounces Bombay Dry Gin
- ¾ ounces fresh lemon juice
- 2 ounces sparking wine
- One scoop of lemon sorbet
- Spiral lemon twist for serving
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin and lemon juice. Fill shaker with ice and cover. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cold. Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or slotted spoon into a Champagne flute. Scoop lemon sorbet into the glass and top with sparking wine. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy.
